Tomorrow we will ask the National Fairness and Growth Campaign to create a new independent means tested public private broadband wireless network built on the Daniels IDIQ which would be developed based on 80,000 network access points built in buildings in 29 countries in NE Ohio with its headquarters in the Cleveland Empowerment Zone.
